- What's the trial?
- 7 days, full access to mutating features (uploads, cases, rules). Card required up front; no charge until day 8. Cancel before then from your billing page and you owe nothing.
- Can I really browse without a card?
- Yes. Sign up, create a workspace, click through the analyst tool. The paywall only kicks in on writes — uploads, case creation, rule runs. Reading whatever's already in your workspace is always free.
- What about my data if I cancel?
- Read access stays. You can also export the entire workspace as a ZIP from /help's GDPR-export instructions, or wipe it from the org-delete page. Audit log entries are retained for SOC 2 even after deletion.
- Per-seat pricing?
- Not today. The flat-per-org price covers your whole team — invite as many analysts as you need. We'll consider per-seat tiers when customers ask for them.
