Production review. It tells you what was produced and what is still missing, in minutes rather than days.
Reviewing a document production by hand means opening every file to work out what actually arrived. Speed Reader connects to the folder, inventories every file with duplicate detection by content and by name, then classifies and reads what is readable.
Coverage is measured against the window you requested, not against whatever happened to be handed over. That is the difference between a list and a follow-up letter.
"March through July are missing from the operating account," not "here are 1,240 files."
File name, path, extension, size, and a content hash. Duplicates are caught by content rather than by filename, so the same statement produced twice under two names is counted once and flagged.
What the document is, which account it belongs to, the period it covers, and its page count. That is what makes a coverage calculation possible at all.
Every row says whether the document was extracted or only inventoried. You always know which files were actually read and which were merely catalogued.
Missing periods are records in the export, not a footnote. Each names the account, the date range, and how many months are absent between the statements that were supplied.
Every file catalogued with duplicates caught. Per matter.
Classification, accounts, periods, and the gap report. Per matter.
Reading the contents of what was produced.
Index and Inventory are flat fees per matter. Page counts are shown and confirmed before extraction is charged, so the number is never a surprise afterwards.
Two parts of Speed Reader run without an engagement. Nothing you upload is stored, and the only price is telling us who to send the results to.
Upload a production as a ZIP and get every file catalogued, hashed, and checked for duplicates. Up to 100 MB and 10,000 files.
